VYSATalk to VYSA

Stay because it’s useful. Not because you’re locked in.

VYSA Care is optional hosting, maintenance, security, support and ongoing improvement for the systems we build. You own the software either way.

What Care looks after.

  • Hosting & monitoring

Infrastructure set up in accounts you own, watched so problems are caught early.

  • Security updates

Dependencies, frameworks and infrastructure kept patched and current.

  • Backups & recovery

Regular backups and a tested way to restore them.

  • Support

A direct line to the people who know how your system was built.

  • Continuous improvement

A roadmap of changes as your business evolves, delivered in small, safe releases.

  • Integration upkeep

Keeping connections to payment, email, accounting and other services working as they change.

A month of Care: quiet, regular work.

  1. 01

    Watch

Uptime, errors, performance and costs are monitored continuously, with alerts routed to people who know the system.

  2. 02

    Patch

Security updates and dependency upgrades are tested and released on a regular rhythm.

  3. 03

    Improve

Agreed improvements from the roadmap ship in small releases your team can try straight away.

  4. 04

    Review

A short regular review of what happened, what changed and what should come next.

When something goes wrong, a clear path to the fix.

Every system has bad days. What matters is how quickly the right person is on it, and whether you know what’s happening.

  1. 01You report it, or monitoring catches it first
  2. 02Someone who knows the codebase picks it up
  3. 03Impact is assessed and you’re kept informed
  4. 04The fix is tested and released
  5. 05The cause is written up so it doesn’t happen again

Support for your system, not a product built for everyone.

VYSA Care

  • Support from the people who built your system
  • Improvements shaped around your roadmap
  • Runs in infrastructure accounts you own
  • Cancel and keep everything

Typical SaaS support

  • Support queues for a product built for everyone
  • Features follow the vendor’s roadmap
  • Runs on the vendor’s platform
  • Cancel and lose access

After handover, you choose.

Ownership changes the relationship. Because the system is yours, there are three honest paths, and you can switch between them.
  1. 01

    Run it yourself

Your team takes over the code, infrastructure and documentation.

  2. 02

    Choose another partner

The handover is designed so another capable team can pick it up.

  3. 03

    Work with VYSA Care

We keep it healthy and improving, for as long as that is useful to you.

About VYSA Care.

Is VYSA Care required?

No. Care is optional. The system is designed to be handed over, and ownership terms are defined in your project agreement independently of any Care arrangement.

Can we start with Care and move in-house later?

Yes. Documentation, runbooks and infrastructure access are kept current so a later transition is straightforward.

How are improvements prioritized?

Together. We keep a shared roadmap, estimate each change and agree what ships next based on what matters most to the business.

Can Care cover systems VYSA didn’t build?

Sometimes. If another system is tightly connected to what we built, we can look at it during an assessment and tell you honestly whether we’re the right people to look after it.

Who hosts the system?

Wherever possible the system runs in cloud accounts that belong to your business. Care operates it on your behalf rather than holding it on ours.

Keep the system improving long after launch.

Already working with VYSA, or planning a build? Tell us what you need looked after and we’ll shape a Care arrangement around it.
