VYSATalk to VYSA

From how you work today to technology you own.

Five phases. The first four turn your operation into a system built around it. The fifth is optional, because you should stay with VYSA for the value, not because you are locked in.

  1. Discover

Learn how the business operates day to day.

  2. Architect

Design the technology around workflows, people and data.

  3. Build

    Create, integrate, migrate and test.

  4. Transfer

    The implementation becomes your asset.

  5. CareOptional

Optional hosting, maintenance, security, support and improvement.

01

Discover

Learn how the business operates day to day.

We start on the floor, not in a feature list. We map how work moves today: who touches it, which tools and spreadsheets carry it, and where it breaks.

We also decide what not to build. Commodity needs are matched to mature services you can integrate.

  • Process maps
  • Systems inventory
  • Own / integrate / retire decisions
  • Phased scope

02

Architect

Design the technology around workflows, people and data.

We design the data model, the modules, the roles and permissions, and the integrations, so that every later phase builds on one coherent structure.

You see the architecture before code is written, in language your operators understand.

  • Data model
  • Module map
  • Integration plan
  • Security & access model

03

Build

Create, integrate, migrate and test.

We build in phases your team can use early, connect the services we agreed to integrate, migrate the data that matters and test against real scenarios from your operation.

Progress is visible as working software, not status reports.

  • Working releases
  • Integrations
  • Data migration
  • Testing with your team

04

Transfer

The implementation becomes your asset.

Ownership and handover are defined in the project agreement before work starts: code, data, documentation, infrastructure accounts and credentials.

The goal is simple: the system we build for you is an asset on your side of the table.

  • Code & documentation
  • Infrastructure handover
  • Admin training
  • Runbooks

05 · Optional

Care

Optional hosting, maintenance, security, support and improvement.

VYSA Care keeps the system healthy and improving: monitoring, security updates, support and a roadmap of improvements.

It is optional. You can run the system yourself, use another partner, or work with us.

How we keep projects honest.

Discovery often concludes that some systems should stay as subscriptions. See how we decide what to own.

  • Start with the operation

We learn how work moves through the business before we propose any software.

  • Phase the risk

Release a useful core early, then extend. No big-bang switchover unless it is genuinely safer.

  • Integrate commodity

Payments, email delivery, ledgers and identity providers are connected, not rebuilt.

  • Make it transferable

Readable code, documented decisions and infrastructure you can take over.

What the first phase involves.

Discovery is where most of the value is decided. It’s also where we find out what shouldn’t be built at all.
  1. 01

    Kick-off

We agree the goals, the people we should meet and the systems in scope.

  2. 02

    Shadowing

We watch the work happen: orders, jobs, hand-offs and the spreadsheets in between.

  3. 03

    Systems inventory

Every tool, subscription and integration listed with what it costs and who relies on it.

  4. 04

    Own, integrate, retire

Each system gets a recommendation, with the reasoning written down.

  5. 05

    Phased plan

A first release worth having, the phases after it and an honest estimate for each.

What you get from us, and what we need from you.

VYSA

  • Map the operation and challenge assumptions, including ours
  • Design, build, test and migrate, with progress you can see
  • Integrate the services you keep and retire the ones you don’t
  • Document everything so the system can be handed over

Your team

  • A decision-maker who can make calls on scope and priorities
  • Time with the people who do the work every day
  • Access to current tools, exports and sample data
  • Feedback on each release while it’s still easy to change

Three ways into the same process.

  1. 01

    A technology assessment

Discovery on its own. You leave with a map of your systems, clear recommendations and a phased plan, whether or not you build with us.

    Estimate the business case →
  2. 02

    One painful system

Start where the cost of workarounds is highest, such as quoting, scheduling or stock, and extend from there.

  3. 03

    A full transformation

Replace a patchwork of tools with one connected architecture, delivered phase by phase so the business never stops.

Questions before you start.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, integrations and how much data needs to move. Discovery produces a phased plan with realistic milestones, and we prefer putting a useful first release in front of your team early over a long silent build.

What does it cost?

Cost follows scope. After discovery you get a defined plan for each phase so you can compare it honestly with what you spend on subscriptions, workarounds and manual effort today.

Do we need our own technical team?

No. Many clients run the system with VYSA Care. Others take it in-house or hand it to another partner. The handover is designed so all three are possible.

What exactly do we own at the end?

Ownership and handover are defined in the project agreement before work starts. Typically that covers the code built for you, your data, documentation and the infrastructure accounts the system runs on. Third-party services you integrate remain under their own terms.

The first step is understanding how your business runs today.

Tell us where the friction is. We’ll suggest whether an assessment, a single system or a wider transformation is the sensible place to begin.
