VYSATalk to VYSA

A learning system built around the work your people do.

Training only matters if it reaches the right person before the job needs it. VYSA builds learning platforms tied to your roles, sites and certifications, so skills and proof stay current.

Signs the current setup is holding you back.

  • “An auditor asked for training records and it took us three days to assemble them.”
  • “We pay for a course library and most of the team has never logged in.”
  • “Every site trains new starters differently and it shows in the work.”
  • “We found out a certification had lapsed when the customer asked to see it.”

What it is

A learning management system assigns training, delivers it, tests it and records who is qualified for what. In many businesses that job is split between a course library nobody opens, a spreadsheet of certificates and a manager's memory.

VYSA designs learning software around your roles, sites, equipment and customer requirements. Courses are assigned by what a person does, completion feeds scheduling and expiry dates raise a flag before they become a problem.

Video hosting, authoring tools and accredited third-party courses stay with the services that do them well. We connect them, so your training record is one owned system rather than several logins.

Problems it solves

  • Training tracked in spreadsheets

Certificates and completion dates sit in files that are out of date the week after they are updated.

  • Generic courses nobody finishes

A rented course library covers everything except how your own products, sites and procedures work.

  • Expired certifications found late

A lapsed license or safety ticket surfaces on the day of an audit, or after the shift has been worked.

  • Onboarding that depends on a buddy

New starters learn the job from whoever is free, so quality varies by site and by week.

  • No link between skills and schedules

Managers can't see who is qualified for a task when they build a shift or assign a job.

Example workflows

New role to qualified

  1. Employee is assigned a role and site
  2. Required courses and sign-offs are assigned automatically
  3. Learner completes modules on mobile or desktop
  4. Supervisor records the practical assessment
  5. Qualification appears on the employee record
  6. Scheduling can now offer the person for that work

Certification renewal

  1. System flags a certificate 60 days before expiry
  2. Refresher training is assigned to the learner
  3. Manager sees who is at risk by team
  4. New certificate is uploaded and verified
  5. Expiry date resets on the record

Procedure change rollout

  1. Operations publishes an updated procedure
  2. Affected roles receive a short update module
  3. Learners confirm they have read and understood it
  4. Completion by site is visible to compliance

What VYSA might build

  • Course catalog

Your own courses, videos and documents organized by role, site and topic.

  • Learning paths

Sequenced training for each role, from first day to fully signed off.

  • Assessments & quizzes

Knowledge checks and practical sign-offs with pass marks you define.

  • Certification tracking

Licenses, tickets and expiry dates with reminders before they lapse.

  • Compliance training

Mandatory courses assigned and evidenced per person, team and site.

  • Skills matrix

A live view of who is qualified for which task, equipment or customer.

  • Learner portal

A mobile-friendly home for assigned training, progress and certificates.

  • Training reporting

Completion, overdue training and audit-ready evidence in a few clicks.

What we integrate rather than rebuild

Commodity problems already have excellent answers. We connect them to your system instead of rebuilding them.

  • Video hosting

Course video streams from an established hosting service rather than your own servers.

  • Course authoring tools

Content built in standard authoring tools imports through SCORM or xAPI packages.

  • Accredited course providers

External qualifications are booked with the provider and recorded against the learner.

  • HR system

Joiners, role changes and leavers arrive from your HR records, so assignments stay current.

  • Identity provider

Learners sign in with the account they already use for everything else.

What changes day to day once it’s live.

  • Evidence ready on request

Training history per person, site and course is a report, not a search through folders.

  • No surprise expiries

Renewals are assigned weeks ahead and managers can see who is at risk.

  • Consistent onboarding

Every new starter follows the same path for the role, whichever site they join.

  • Qualified people on every job

Schedulers and dispatchers see current qualifications when they assign work.

What you own at the end.

The learning platform is built as an asset of your business. How code, content, data and infrastructure are handed over is defined in the project agreement before work starts, so it is clear what you hold when the project ends.

Your courses and training records stay in a structure you control and can export. VYSA Care can host, maintain and improve the system, but it is optional. You should stay because VYSA is useful, not because your training history is hard to move.

A typical rollout

  1. First: certifications & mandatory trainingRequired training and expiry tracking come first, because that is where the compliance risk sits.
  2. Then: role-based learning pathsOnboarding and role training move into structured paths with assessments and supervisor sign-off.
  3. Later: skills matrix & schedulingQualifications feed scheduling and job assignment once the training record is trusted.

Questions

Can we use the courses we already have?

Yes. Existing videos, documents and SCORM or xAPI packages can be imported, and we map your current completion records so nobody repeats training they have already done.

Do you create the training content?

We build the platform and the structure around it. Your subject experts own the content, and we can connect authoring tools or content partners where you need help producing it.

Does it work for staff without a desk?

Yes. The learner experience is designed for phones first, with short modules and supervisor sign-off for practical skills that can't be tested on a screen.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many roles, courses and integrations are involved. After discovery we set out a phased plan, usually starting with mandatory training and certification tracking.

Tell us how this part of the business runs today. We’ll show you what a better system looks like.

Bring the spreadsheets, the workarounds and the tools you rely on. We’ll map what a Learning & Training (LMS) built around your operation would include, what to integrate and what to retire.
