What people usually ask before working with VYSA, grouped by topic. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.
VYSA
What does VYSA do?
VYSA designs and builds custom business software, such as CRM, ERP, WMS, operational systems, integrations and AI solutions, around the way a company works, and hands it over as an asset the company owns.
Is VYSA a web agency?
No. We build websites when they are the front door of a wider system, connected to lead capture, CRM, portals and automation. Our focus is the software that runs the operation.
Is VYSA an AI company?
AI is one capability among many. We use it inside workflows where it saves real time, with permissions and human oversight, and we say so when ordinary software automation is the better answer.
What size of business do you work with?
Growing businesses whose operations have outgrown generic tools, from focused local companies to multi-site operators. What matters most is that the workflow is important enough to deserve owning.
Ownership
What does owning the software mean?
Ownership and handover are defined in the project agreement before work starts. Typically that covers the code built for you, your data, documentation and the infrastructure accounts the system runs on.
Do we have to use VYSA Care afterwards?
No. VYSA Care is optional. You can run the system yourself, use another partner or work with us.
Are you against SaaS?
No. Mature services for commodity problems, such as payments, email delivery and accounting ledgers, are usually best integrated. We focus on owning the parts that differentiate your business.
Building
Is custom software always cheaper than a subscription?
No. Custom is not automatically cheaper, and serious software takes real engineering effort. It makes sense when a process is central to how you compete, when workarounds are costly or when ongoing subscription costs outweigh the value. We help you decide honestly.
Can you migrate data from our current systems?
Yes. Migration is planned during discovery and tested before anyone switches over.
Can you work with systems we want to keep?
Yes. Integration is a core part of every project. We connect what you keep and retire what you no longer need.
How long does a project take and what does it cost?
Both depend on scope. Discovery produces a phased plan with clear milestones, so you can compare it with what the current setup really costs.
Data & security
Where does our data live?
Wherever possible, in cloud accounts that belong to your business. You hold the keys, and VYSA is given access only for as long as it’s needed.
How do you handle access and permissions?
Roles and permissions are designed in the architecture phase, so people see and change only what their job requires, and important actions are logged.
What happens to data in our current tools?
We map what needs to move, clean it, migrate it and reconcile it with your team before switching over. Old systems are retired only once you’re confident.
AI
Will AI make decisions on its own?
Only where the risk is low and you’ve agreed it should. For anything that matters, AI drafts, sorts or suggests, and a person approves.
Is our data used to train AI models?
We choose providers and settings that don’t train on your data, and we explain the arrangement for each service before it’s used.
Do we need AI at all?
Not always. Plenty of problems are solved better with ordinary automation. We’ll recommend AI only where it saves meaningful time.
Working together
Where are your clients based?
VYSA works with businesses globally. Most collaboration happens remotely, with time spent close to the operation during discovery where it helps.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients begin with a technology assessment or a single system and expand once the first release has proved its value.
How involved does our team need to be?
Most involved during discovery and testing. After that, a regular demo and quick feedback on each release is usually enough.
VYSA Coach
What is VYSA Coach?
AI-powered sales practice built around Connection Before Conversion: adaptive customer scenarios, objection practice through discovery and coaching based on observable behavior.
Does Coach replace sales managers?
No. It gives reps more practice and gives managers specific evidence to coach from.
